Kuck Farms’ Turkey Ribs are pre-cooked whole white meat turkey on bone, ready to serve after a brief reheating. Slow-cooked in a vacuum-sealed package, our turkey ribs are moist, tasty and ready to accept many flavors. However, Turkey Ribs are slightly more susceptible to drying than pork or beef ribs. For your convenience, we have outlined several preparation techniques being successfully used by food service operators. These Turkey product are designed exclusively for the the grill. They work great prepared other ways too, but we thought that turkey lovers should enjoy having a healthy alternate for the BBQ season.

Packaging: Vacuum Packaged Boil Bag
Shipments: All products are fully frozen prior to shipping and sent in foam insulated shipping containers complete with ice packs. Shipments are only made on Mondays to prevent perishable items from sitting over weekends.
Shelf Life: 1 year Frozen 60 Days Thawed*
*Shelf life figures are based off of vaccum sealed sealed packages and storage temps of -10 degrees F for frozen or 32 degrees F for thawed.
Ingredients: Bone in turkey scapula meat, water, salt, sugar, and sodium tripolyphosphate.

Preparation: Product is a neutral flavor so customers can season and/or sauce to their liking. Product is safe to eat right out of the bag but it is recommended to serve warm to enhance flavor and appeal.
