These are principles that Vernon and Ruth Kuck believed in when they founded Kuck’s Turkey Farm in 1954. Vernon and Ruth wanted to supply their community with the highest quality fresh turkey for the Thanksgiving holiday. That was the mission until 1978 when their son Ted, took over and expanded the company into pre-cooked turkey deli meats.

With the success of the deli turkey products brought the addition of beef, pork, and chicken products in to the lineup. With these new non-turkey items, the Carter Creek Farms brand name was born.

Today Carter Creek Farms is still owned and operated by the Kuck family and the commitment to excellence is as important to us as ever.
