Turkey Salad
- 4 cups shredded turkey
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup diced celery
- ¼ cup sliced scallions
- 2 tsp chopped fresh dill
- 2 tsp sugar
Mix all ingredients well. Salt and pepper to taste. Add more mayonnaise if too dry.
