We absolutely love these! They used to sell them at the GFS in Florence, Kentucky but they’re not in stores at this. I use these for my catering business and a lot of people have never heard of them. They think that they’re actually “ribs”. And think that there’s no meat on them. After they taste the magic that I do to them, they are firm believers! Thank you for a great product!!
We only ship on Mondays! Even on orders placed with expedited shipping selected. If you need something shipped sooner please call us and we can see if we can accommodate you.
Most products are fully frozen prior to shipping and sent in foam insulated shipping containers complete with ice packs.
Shipments are only made on Mondays to prevent perishable items from sitting over weekends. Orders placed after 6:00am on Monday will not ship until the following Monday.
