We only ship on Mondays! Even on orders placed with expedited shipping selected. If you need something shipped sooner please call us and we can see if we can accommodate you.

Most products are fully frozen prior to shipping and sent in foam insulated shipping containers complete with ice packs.

Shipments are only made on Mondays to prevent perishable items from sitting over weekends. Orders placed after 6:00 am on Monday will not ship until the following Monday.
